Q: Invalid password - previously I had a customer account with Mavis Bush Tattoo Supplies but it shows Invalid login credentials and I won't be able to log in and when I use forget your password option to reset password, it shows No account found with that email.
A: If you have created an account prior to Sep 2016, you have to reregister with your old email. The reason is that in Sep 2016, we have enhanced our service by moving to a better e-commerce platform. Although we can still keep loyalty customers details, we won't be able to transfer the passwords to the new system. What you need to do is to register with your old email, type in a new password and your full name. Once it is successful, you will be able to find your information like address and contact methods in your customer profile. You don't have to fill out those details if they remain unchanged.
Q: Apple Pay - Mavis Bush Tattoo Supplies announces that Apple Pay is available, why I can not see the option.
A: Please check whether the following criteria are met.

Q: Discount code - I got some discount codes from local directories but it seems to be invalid.
A: Either mistyped or expired. Try again or check the valid date. We would place discount codes in various local directory or via email periodically with clear indication of the expiry date. It is only valid when you shop through our official website. The purpose is to encourage more purchases through internet than traditional ways.
Q: Seach products - I find it complicated to find the tattoo supplies through the navigation menu. Is there any easy way to take me to the product page?
A: No problem. We have a handy search box at the bottom of menu for mobile and portable devices and at the top of screen besides Cart in PC or MAC and by typing the key words eg. yellow if you want to find yellow colour inks or type in some obvious key words like ink cup, you probably would find the item you need.
Q: Change quantity or remove items - I have placed items in my Cart, I just want to increase or decrease the quantity or sometimes I want to remove the item as I have chosen the incorrect size. What should I do?
A: In the Quantity box, type your preferred number and press UPDATE CART. To completely remove the item, type 0 and UPDATE CART or press Remove under the name of the item.
Q: Navigation - I am at one of your product page, quick links page or blog page. How do I go back to the homepage?
A: By clicking the logo at the top of your current browsing page, it will take you home.
