All orders received on weekdays will be processed within 12 hours and items will be dispatched to you within the same day when we receive the payment if it occurs prior to 12:00 at noon. Otherwise items will be dispatched on the next business day. Such rule does not apply if you place an order on weekends and/or the ordered items are not available.
Once payments are received and goods are dispatched, you need to wait for 3 to 5 business days to get the goods if it is not via express post.
We will notify you immediately if any of your ordered items are unavailable. You can choose either to be refunded or to wait for the products to be in stock.
As the majority of items are posted through Australia Post Office, you can advise us that whether you'd like registered post or express post. By choosing either method, we can easily track whereabouts the dispatched items are. We will give you a tracking number or reference number for your reference. It also helps to resolve the potential dispute if goods are not delivered within the expected timeframe or the parcel is lost during transportation.
