All orders received on week days will be processed immediately after we receive your order via mobile, phone or email. Once payments have been received, it'll take about 3 to 5 business days to get the goods.

When you place an order and choose to pay in advance, please let us know whether you prefer registered post or express post. By doing so, we can easily track whereabouts the dispatched items are. You will be given a tracking number or reference number to keep if applicable.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Only faulty products due to quality problem or damaged products due to improper handling in delivery process can be returned for exchange or refund. Please notify us within three business days after you received those items.
We DO NOT refund if you change your mind or make a wrong decision after the order is confirmed and already on the way to your delivery address or you have received the ordered items.
Inks can not be refunded or returned due to health and safety requirements.
